I used to manage my own properties, but when I needed assistance to continue I spoke with a few people. but more than 12 year ago when I met with Tish, the leader, I can tell she was different from the others I spoke with. she was very clear and explained to me in details what I can expect from her as a property manager. She was willing to work with me in taking some of my inputs into consideration. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Expect a follow up call whenever necessary. reports are very easy to understand and available in a timely manner. Tish is a hands on person. if something needs to be done, she will do it herself if she has to. I remember one day it was 11 P.M. and she was working to meet her own deadline in having a property ready and available. her periodic building assessment proven to be cost effective by fixing minor repairs prior to becoming complex issues. Under her management, my properties' appearance has greatly improved, thus increase in value. I couldn't have done a better job. I like the fact that she has an open communication with the tenants. she promptly responds to their need.
Tish is a professional, she is a great leader, for over twelve years I benefitted immensely from her services and I look forward to work with her for another decade. I would recommend Tish to any property owner who is searching for a thoughtful, caring, experienced, property manager.

Orchid Property Management (formerly Winbrow Property Management) have managed for almost 10 years several condo units that my wife and I have in Florida. The service was exemplary and handled in a highly professional manner. This covered all the services we needed including: selection and screening of tenants, collection and timely payment of rents, regular and accurate reporting and occasional repairs.

Tish was always available on short notice for questions or discussions about the apartment, and responded in a timely manner to email communications.

Tish has been a lifesaver. I first started working with her through her property management services. I had interviewed several different PM's and Tish was the obvious choice, she's very hands on and responsive and has been easy to work with through sourcing tenants and maintenance issues. She also has a really great handyman who is polite and professional. Then, after a bad experience with a different realtor, I listed a different property with her as our realtor and I've had a much more enjoyable experience. She's knowledgeable, realistic, responsive, and easy to work with. As a service electrician I work on a regular basis with property management companies . Not a single one is close to be as good as orchid. The property I rent is always clean , well maintained and any request is taken care of very quickly !

I have been a tenant of Winbrow for 6 months now (5240 SW 90th way unit 2). I have to say that this is a property management company like no other. The property manager Tish is not only exceptional at her job, but she takes the time to get to know her tenants. She is well coordinated and has a resource for all of her tenants needs. With most issues getting fix within 24 hours. The maintenance manager Kevin is great at keeping the property clean and well kept. He is very courteous and having him in my home to work on something is as comfortable as having a friend over. He is a top of the line handyman and very skilled. I can't say enough about the team that is Winbrow. This is my home and its thanks to the people at Winbrow.
